WHAT YOU NEED:
Gloves
Jalapeño Peppers
Hood Cottage Cheese with Chive
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
HOW TO MAKE THEM
Put your gloves on.
Slice the Jalapeño peppers in half, on the long side.
Deseed the Jalapeño peppers.
Add the Hood Cottage cheese onto the peppers.
Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty.
Before serving, let it sit for five minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
